Your child is making his first step into the world of education. I am excited to be a part of that. His / Her experiences here will be a great beginning for the years of school ahead.

 

• Preschoolers should be at least 3 by September 1

• registration fee of $60.00 must be paid at time of registration to hold a place in this years class

• All children should be potty trained. ( Please see me with any concerns)

• Preschool will observe the same holidays that are on the county school calendar. Advance notice of these days will be given on the monthly calendar.

• Please mark all items with children's names: coats, hats, bags etc.

 

My goal for the school year is to have your child ready to enter kindergarten with a greater understanding of the alphabet and phonemic awareness and to develop a larger vocabulary. To know the differences in size, shapes, colors and numbers. To increase their coordination through music and movement. To gain ability to work alone and with others, share and take turns, win and lose in good spirit, to listen and learn.

 

I believe all these can be accomplished with learning is fun. We must remember that what looks like fun to us is a learning experience for any child. With all of us working together, your child will have a positive learning experience that will have them excited to enter the public schools the coming year.
